To like a Tweet or to Retweet a Tweet or even to send a Tweet, that is the question I ask myself daily. Because whatever I choose, it reflects what I believe in and it is sent to my followers (although some may or may not care about it). I also don’t want to overwhelm my Twitter followers with stuff (like my Instagram pics), political rants (I don’t care), or sports rants (on Sunday, it was Cowboys this and Cowboys that). Plus, I don’t want my Tweets to be taken into the mainstream media (actually, I do because that is more self-promotion for me).
And, as along as I continue to get feedback (Likes and Retweets), I will keep on Tweeting especially when it comes to the St. Anthony basketball team. I told one of the parents to keep on tagging me and if I get them in time, I will Retweet (and, that goes for anybody on the St. Anthony family).
It’s really stupid that they aren’t getting any media (yes, I am media, but I am talking about other people in the media) attention. This team has played in several out-of-state tournaments (if this was Wagner, Judson, or Steele, of course, they would be all over the media). Some of the players on the St. Anthony team have won MVP honors for those games and nobody knows except the people inside the Yellow Jacket circle.
I can’t wait to see them play a home game. If anybody is familiar with there schedule, please send it to me.
