My favorite television shows come back in a few weeks; The Simpsons, The Walking Dead, CSI, Criminal Minds, and Touch. So, when I am not working at the bank, not doing football stats, not writing, or not sleeping, I will be watching television!!! Yay me!!!!
When football season starts, I always tell my wife, “I will see you in January!” Wow, this will be Nina’s 6th season as football spouse!

I have a new crop of supplies. I got new markers, a new stat board, new dry erase rags, a fresh roll of duct tape, and a new pack of re-usable wire ties. Oh, my wife is also gonna give me a nice haircut so I can look good for TV and radio!!!!
I am armed with 2 publications. One is Dave Campbell’s 2012 Texas Football magazine (it includes a massive Texas High School football preview) and the other is the San Antonio Express News High School football preview.
I am so looking forward to using my Galaxy Tab. It will be so much easier and quicker to use the calculator, memo pad, and text messaging then on my old flip phone. I also don’t have to bring my laptop to games since the Tab has 3G!!! The sweetest thing is the Tab has GPS so I can get home without getting lost. Not like getting lost happens a lot; it happens a few times every year when I have a game at East Central stadium or the Spring Sports complex (I will be at both stadiums this year for Thursday Night Lights).
I am going to write about each game I work this season and they will appear on my BLOG on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I also added a page called My High School Football schedule and I will keep this updated throughout the season.
