Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey

Posted on 08/27/201702/05/2023 by Mark

Luckily where we live, we just got rain and wind with no flooding or damage.  We were prepared for the worst and when I arrived home from work Friday, I parked next to Nina’s car.  That way, if we had to leave the house, we would get in her car and leave!  She drives a Pilot and I drive a Civic; plus her car has lots of baby supplies.

Niko really enjoyed watching and hearing the wind and rain thru the screen door; we left the front door open since it was not hot outside.

We are still supposed to get more rain throughout the week.
