Every weekend, Niko wants to watch his iPad and play his games. He is at school all week learning.
So, who wins? Well, Niko wins most of the time. Last week, though, I won as we went to the movies and saw The Wild Robot. I finished reading the book to him, and we are now reading The Wild Robot Escapes.
Yesterday, he won. But, he did use his creativity through a Canva presentation. He took some really nifty pictures of himself with silly phrases. Also, I put on Harold and the Purple Crayon in the background, and I saw him watching it with me while he had one eye on his iPad.
It’s really hard to get him to put it down, and we are trying to limit it. Notice, how I said trying!
