For the past few weeks and before Niko goes to sleep, I have been telling him stories; all made-up by me with some assistance from Niko. He prefers this to reading books! And, I am fine with that because we have such a great time making stuff up and he gets so excited by some of the stuff I tell him.
Most of the stories are about his lego cars and trucks he has built or video games and they always involve food!
Yesterday, I started a story in the late afternoon while he was in the bathtub and we continued it after we finished dinner on our upstairs sofa and then we finally ended it in his bed before he went to sleep.
