Back To Work (from home)

Posted on 10/13/202004/19/2025 by Mark

Tomorrow, I go back to work as my time off is finished. I have no more time off from work, besides a few bank holidays.

So, what that also means for me is I will be starting my “diet” over. I did really good eating better in July, but since then, it has been downhill. And, even worse while I was off. Let’s just say that I had a lot of bad fast food during my time off; mainly burgers, shakes, and fajita tacos.

I always do good at breakfast with eggs, but lunch, dinner, and snacks are a struggle. I do have a weight goal in mind but I also want to stop eating fast food, sweets, pasta, rice, and bread. I will start slow and take it one day at a time and try not to do it all at once. I know that once I start, I will be good.

Hey, this morning, I made myself veggies for the week; eggplant and zucchini. Nina made lots of meat so I have a nice assortment for lunch and dinner; brisket, chicken, sausage, and fish.

I just need to be smart and think before I gobble something down.
