I already know what Nina does on a daily basis when I am at work and it’s a lot of work; especially with a very active child. And, since I have been working from home for a month, I get to see it daily.
She has very little time for herself throughout the day. And, together, we have very little time for us since Niko’s bedtime (for the time being) has changed from 7:15 pm to 9 pm.
So, to celebrate Mothers Day, I say thanks for everything you do for me and I truly appreciate everything you do for Niko. You and Niko make my life complete and I love you so very much.
This morning, I made breakfast for everybody and Niko and I brought it all upstairs so we could eat in bed; scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, strawberry waffles, and strawberry pancakes! Yes, this dad can indeed cook and I even cleaned everything up. Later, we will order delivery from a local Pho restaurant.
