Hey, I am back from my non spiritual journey to nowhere and am relaxed, refreshed, and even a year wiser. I have decided to publish one new daddy blog per week and that day is going to be Sunday. But, if I have something new to say and it’s not Sunday, I will publish it. Like, tomorrow, I will have something to say to Niko.
Oh, I have been Tweeting; please follow me @thedadspeaks, very short anecdotes about my life as a dad. It’s definitely not enough for a blog, but I have been enjoying doing it and will continue to do so; hopefully on a daily basis. I mean, something always happens with the baby!

I am amazed that my #23monthold son hasn’t lost any of his 75 plus puzzle pieces; numbers, letters, colors, animals, and people. We did lose one of the people but she came back after a failed attempt in Vegas.
On my drive to work today, I jammed to the #moana soundtrack. Don’t judge me, it’s for my son. #happymusic
Instead of taking a bath, Niko wanted to eat naked while sitting on my lap while I rocked in a lazy boy. Oh, the joys of being a parent.

Before I put Niko to sleep tonight, Nina asked me smell Niko’s butt for poo and I happily accepted that duty.
