Now that I have finished all the Jesse Stone books that Robert J Parker started and then after he died, they have continued by other authors, I can finally start the Sunny Randall books.
So, Sunny is a former police officer turned private investigator. She is divorced from Richie Burke, who is from a criminal family. Later in her life, she becomes involved with Jesse Stone.
This book is a great introduction to Sunny and how cool she is with a gun, her beauty,her sexuality, her willingness to be successful, and her dog, Rosie!
The premise for this one is she is hired by a wealthy family to find their missing daughter. Good and bad things happen and she does find her with the help from her ex-husband, her good friend Spike, and a bad guy named Tony Marcus.
I enjoyed the book, and am looking forward to reading the rest of the books.
