I was scrolling through the autobiographies at the library, and this one popped up and I was intrigued. I know they got married, and had a daughter in Lisa Marie. I also have a book on my wishlist co-written by Lisa Marie and her daughter, Riley Keough. Riley had to finish it after Lisa Marie passed away.
Back to Elvis and Priscilla…
Priscilla met him when she was 14 years and living in Germany as Elvis was stationed there. It must’ve been weird to meet him at that age, but she did and he liked her from the start.
I enjoyed all the stories she told about them as nothing was off limits for Priscilla. She talked about his affairs, his drug use, his temper, his closeness to his family and friends, and his passions. She also wrote about her divorce from the King and his death.
