This is the 10th book in Sunny Randall series and the last one by Mike Lupica. There is one more book and then the 12th one will be released later in the year with both written by Alison Gaylin.
In this one, Sunny is hired again by a former client who was the centerpiece of the 3rd book called, Shrink Rap. While she is doing that, she is also trying to protect her father, who happens to a former police officer, from a dirty lawyer who has threatened him. We are also introduced to Spenser and his sidekick, Hawk. There are 50 books and even some television shows in the Spenser series. I do want to read Spenser, but I want to finish the last Sunny book and then read some other books that have been hanging out in my Kindle library for a while.
