The Family Speaks
I have published three Amazon eBooks, and each one covered a certain part of my life: becoming a first-time dad, getting my MBA, and how I got started as a statistician, writer, and photographer. One part of my life yet to be covered that I would eventually like to be published is about my family.
Thus, that is why I will tentatively call it The Family Speaks. I have a few things written down and you can see that below, but I want to get a list of questions for my mom, dad, and brother and then go from there.
My mom and dad were married on March 27, 1969.
My brother was born on February 1, 1973.
I was born in Livingston, NJ on April 23, 1977.
From what I got from my dad; they visited San Antonio in 1973 for a cousin’s Bar Mitzvah. My mom’s sister, Aunt Bobi, and her husband were already living in San Antonio as my Uncle George was doing a Residency. They lived in an apartment complex in the Medical Center area. There next-door neighbor was a gentleman named Maurice and his wife, Bee.
Maurice and Bee, later on, moved into a house in Shavano Park, and my Aunt and Uncle moved in next door.
We moved to San Antonio, TX in August of 1977. My dad got a job offer from Maurice and his company Mars Plumbing Supply Co.
In 1979, my maternal grandparents moved to San Antonio in that same apartment complex. I believe we also lived in that complex as well, before my mom and dad purchased the house they reside in currently.
I have a lot more that I want to know, and maybe I can aim for January to start asking them questions.
