Alex Cross BOOKS By James Patterson

Posted on 07/13/202204/19/2025 by Mark

A few weeks ago, I read the autobiography of James Patterson, and I really enjoyed it. I knew he was a writer, but that was it. I had never ready any of his books. I just figured, a writer writing about his life – interesting. Let me check it out and read it.

I enjoyed it so much that I read the first two books in the Alex Cross series; Along Came a Spider and Kiss the Girls. After I finished each one, I watched the movies. Morgan Freeman as Alex Cross is a perfect match. The books, by the way, were much better.

I am not a fan of this particular genre (fiction, crime, mystery, police detectives), but I like his style of writing and being kept in suspense of what’s happening or going to happen. Plus, I like the Alex Cross character. And, now as I read them, I see Morgan Freeman’s picture in my brain.

So, with all that being written, I am currently reading the 6th book in this series. I am hooked and will eventually read all 27 books!
