Since I started working from home in April and as my workday drags to an end, Niko asks me this question…DAD, ARE YOU DONE WITH WORK?
I know he doesn’t understand time so it makes no sense when I say no, I can logout in 30 minutes (or however long I have left in my shift). His express is sadness!
Then, when I am done and I tell Niko, I always get a yay from him and sometimes, if I sit on the floor at that time, he jumps on my back and squeaks very loud in happiness.
One of the best perks of working from home is when I am done with work, I am home and that means, I get to spend more time with Niko; and I love it. He likes having me home.
