Maybe eating better just isn’t in my DNA. I try, but I really love pasta, rice, bread, and sweets and it’s so tempting when it’s available. I am not putting any blame on anybody else, but myself.
I wasn’t on any particular diet, I was mainly trying to cut out pasta, rice, bread, and sweets and have eggs for breakfast and meat and veggies for lunch dinner. Breakfast, I do really good, then it just goes downhill for lunch and dinner. I think I know what I am doing wrong and that was I tried to stop eating pasta, rice, bread, and sweets all at once.
So, I will start over again by and will do no sweets first. Let’s see how I am doing by the end of the year on no sweets!
