A Sense Of Accomplishment

Posted on 03/02/202004/19/2025 by Mark

After almost 11 months of living in our house, I mowed our lawn by myself for the first time and it felt really nice and accomplishing! Before, I hired somebody from the neighborhood to do the yard-work, but now I can do it whenever I want. And, you know something, while I was mowing the backyard, Niko was playing on the back porch, playing in his sandbox, and laying down on the hammock.

Oh, I purchased a cordless battery operated Greenworks lawnmower. No gas and no extension cords. The battery lasted just long enough for me to finish the backyard.

Hi, I am Mark. I started writing in 2011 about high school football, daddy blogging since 2015, and reviewing books since 2023. My writing style is unique, my sense of humor is a little crazy, and I’m not embarrassed to share any of it. You can email me at thedadspeaks@icloud.com.
