I’m not going to highlight my highlights; whether it be in words or pictures, for 2017. Why? Because everybody else is doing that. And, I don’t want to be like everybody else. That’s what separates me from them.
All I will say is that the last weekend of November till now has been busy and stressful for me. Primarily, due to the fact that we getting our house ready so we can sell it. My role; besides being a baby wrangler to Niko so Nina can putter around the house, is to hire people to help us prepare it. Lawn guy, electrician, handy-man, and cleaners. My dad power-washed our front porch a few weeks ago and it looks like somebody actually cares. I need to do some outside cleaning on the front of the house; first impressions and curb appeal will help us. When Nina and I made the decision to sell, one of the first things we did was cut off all the dead leafs and branches on the bushes in front of the house. Niko helped us drag them to the side yard; away from the driveway.
Oh, Nina deals with our real estate agent. I am glad because my brain is empty and can only accept pictures and prices of homes!
Next month, I plan on unveiling something I have been working for most of 2017. I am excited and can’t wait to finish it and promote it.
I am going to set a schedule for when new daddy blogs will be published; I am eyeing every Thursday and Sunday. Now, some may be long and others short.
