Being a husband is awesome, but being a Dad is even better. I love holding him, I love watching him sleep on my stomach, I love changing his diaper, I love dressing him, I love handing him to his mother for food, I love carrying him when we go out, I love singing to him, I love reading to him, I love talking to him, I love making faces at him, I love giving him bathes, and I love watching him grow.
We are treated very differently when we take Niko out for baby adventures (or mostly Nina and Mark adventures) — people actually talk to us. And, I enjoy the attention and chatting with strangers!!! I guess that is one of the positive effects of being a Dad (I haven’t had any ladies or men flirting with me yet).
