On Friday, my parent’s bought us a stroller, car seat, and a base and they should arrive any day. Oh, Nina’s Dad got us a Baby Bjorn Balancer.
So, I really want to say THANKS to Roland and Erin Guajardo — they are the extremely generous folks who gave us baby clothes. Roland is a Twitter follower and Facebook friend of mine and is a Judson Rocket High School football fan. For those of you who don’t know, I am a statistician and a writer/photographer for High School Football games. I haven’t officially met him but when I saw a picture of his wife on Facebook, she looked familiar to me and that is because she works at Chase (same building as I work in) and I have seen her walking around. I was just too shy to say Hi, I know your husband. I don’t know if she knew I worked there until we became friends on Facebook. But, since we both worked in the same building, it was a quick swap of clothes from her car to mine and again, it was very appreciated.

Two weeks ago, one of my co-workers at work gave Nina and I two huge boxes of baby clothes. We had such a blast going thru it and I must admit folks, baby clothes are so damn adorable and cute. After we sorted everything, it looks like Oscar is set for 2 years!! Man, that is such a huge burden lifted off of us and it motivated us to buy a dresser (along with a crib) from IKEA today along with a toys, rattles, lights, and a toy holder.
