crowds

As I watch sporting events on television, I am amazed at how athletes can perform there jobs with tens of thousands of fans watching them live and many more watching on television and how they do this day after day. And then you have the media; they scrutinize every little thing that happens on and off the court!

I wonder how it would feel to have a large crowd of people either cheering or taunting me and watching me work!   Gosh, I would not be very productive and would be very nervous.   I can just imagine a clan of customers screaming in unison, “Come on Mark,  check your email” over and over!  I would go bonkers and after 5 minutes, I would start throwing a rubber band or a paper clip at them to stop.

I also wonder how I would react to being miked up and responding to the media?  Um, I would probably enjoy this but would likely end up being the main news story every night.  Let’s just say, I like to talk at work!!

Hi, I am Mark. I started writing in 2011 about high school football, daddy blogging since 2015, and reviewing books since 2023. My writing style is unique, my sense of humor is a little crazy, and I’m not embarrassed to share any of it. You can email me at thedadspeaks@icloud.com.
